Hubli ("we", "us", "Hubli") is a local services directory operated as a sole proprietorship in South Africa, connecting residents of the Overberg region with local businesses and service providers. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Hubli is a directory and listing platform. We display information submitted by businesses so that customers can find and contact them directly. Hubli is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or service performed between a customer and a listed business. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any business listed on the platform.

Businesses may submit a free listing or claim an existing unclaimed listing. By submitting a listing, you confirm the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to represent the business. Hubli reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or violate these Terms.

Customers may leave reviews of businesses they have used. Reviews are moderated and must reflect a genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise violate these Terms. Businesses may respond to reviews but may not pay for or solicit fake reviews.

Hubli does not vet, certify, or guarantee the qualifications, licensing, insurance, or quality of work of any listed business. Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence — including checking references, qualifications, and quotes — before engaging any business found through Hubli.

Hubli is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from interactions, transactions, or services between customers and businesses listed on the platform. Use of this website and any business listed on it is at your own risk.

Hubli may offer paid features such as featured placement for businesses. Pricing and terms for paid features will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider; Hubli does not store your card details.

You may not use Hubli to submit false information, harass other users, scrape or copy listing data for commercial use without permission, or attempt to disrupt the platform's normal operation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hubli after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
